I agree to co-operate in this study, which involves being tested with a computer-run set of working memory tests, and hence give my consent to be a participant. I am aware that the study is focusing on higher cognitive functions in meditators, contemporary actors and two control groups, and that a fourth year psychology student is conducting this research as part of her dissertation. I am informed that the University of Malta has officially approved the dissertation.

I understand that my responses will be kept in the strictest of confidence and anonymity and any inquiries concerning the procedure will be answered adequately. I have the option to withdraw from this experiment at any time without penalty and I have the right to request that my responses not be used.
